• Delivery within WEST Malaysia will be FREE with no minimum charges.
• Delivery to EAST Malaysia will be charged at RM15 and RM5 with every subsequent KG.
• Delivery to Singapore will be charged at RM35 and RM15 with every subsequent KG.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery addresses during the checkout process. Pure Medisciences (M) Sdn Bhd will not be held liable for any delays or misdeliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
• Our designated shipping partners will attempt delivery to the provided address. In case of unsuccessful delivery attempts, the courier may leave a notice for further instructions or reschedule delivery.
